PuTTY 简介
PuTTY 主要由英国程序员西蒙·泰瑟姆（Simon Tatham）编写并维护，使用 MIT 许可证许可。官网 FAQ 称其软件名字 PuTTY 没有特殊含义。

PuTTY 特色
- 支持 IPv6 连线。
- 可以控制 SSH 连线时加密协议的种类。
- 目前有 3DES 、 AES 、 Blowfish 、 DES（不建议使用）及 RC4 。
- CLI 版本的 SCP 及 SFTP Client，分别叫做 pscp 与 psftp 。
- 内置 SSH Forwarding 的功能，包括 X11 Forwarding 。
- 完全模拟 xterm 、 VT102 及 ECMA-48 终端的能力。
- 支持公钥认证。

PuTTY 0.81, released today, fixes a critical vulnerability CVE-2024-31497 in the use of 521-bit ECDSA keys (ecdsa-sha2-nistp521). If you have used a 521-bit ECDSA private key with any previous version of PuTTY, consider the private key compromised: remove the public key from authorized_keys files, and generate a new key pair.
However, this only affects that one algorithm and key size. No other size of ECDSA key is affected, and no other key type is affected.官方下载地址：
